Volunteers

  • All Keller ISD volunteers are required to apply for the current school year volunteer application.

The 2023-2024 Volunteer application will close on May 25, 2023. If you have been approved to volunteer during the 2023-2024 school year, then your clearance is valid through June 30, 2024. The 2024-2025 Volunteer Application will open on June 17, 2024.

Click Here Fill Out Volunteer Application

Directions: Once under the Volunteer job posting, click "Apply for this Position" to begin filling out the application.

Please note that we began using a new application system in March 2022, so you may need to "Create a New Account and Apply" if you haven't applied for a volunteer (or other) position using this new application system.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided in the application process. You only need to apply one time each school year. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your volunteer application.

College students that need observation or student teaching hours should not use the volunteer application. The correct application for college students can be found here

  • Volunteer or  Visitor

Each day, we welcome both volunteers and visitors on our campuses. A visitor is a person that may, for example, like to attend campus assemblies, class parties and/or lunch with their child. You would not need to complete a volunteer form for these functions, just check-in with your driver’s license in the front office of your child’s school.

Volunteers are given an assignment or task dealing directly with children other than their own while on campus or school-sponsored activities. Volunteers must complete the Volunteer Application and have an annual criminal history check completed by the District on file. Please complete the volunteer application if you wish to volunteer at your child’s school.
