Keller ISD Welcomes Student/Clinical Teachers, Intern/Practicum, and Student Observation Applicants During the Fall and Spring Semesters!

All clinical teachers and early field experience applicants must complete an ONLINE APPLICATION to be considered for placement with Keller ISD.   A criminal background check will be processed by our Human Resources Department.  University and certification program partnerships and/or confidentiality agreements must be on file before placement can begin.   

Please note that completion of the application does not guarantee a placement.

Student Teacher / Clinical Teaching Applications:

Requests for Spring Semesters will be accepted from September 15th to November 15th. 

Requests for Fall Semesters will be accepted from March 1st to June 1st.  APPLY HERE

Intern/Practicum Application: 

(SLP, LSSP, PT, OT, Counseling, Diag, Nursing, Admin)

Requests for Spring Semester will be accepted from August 1st to December 1st.  

Requests for Fall Semesters will be accepted from February 1st to June 1st. APPLY HERE

Student Observers Applications: 

Requests for Fall Semesters will be accepted from July 15th - October 15th   ** Observation hours must be completed by December 1st

Requests for Spring Semesters will be accepted from November 1st - February 1st  **Observation hours must be completed by May 1st  

**Due to an overwhelming number of mentor requests, we only place students from 4-year degree institutions and alternative certification programs.

 **Placements for observation hours during the summer will not be considered.
