Schedule
Create a simple schedule that works for your family. Keep in mind that you are not recreating the typical school day. Be sure to include time for reading, breaks, and family time.

Workspace
Establish a dedicated workspace. Try to find a quiet, well-lit area away from TV and distractions. Organize supplies for easy access. Clarify your expectations for your child's work-time.

Wellness
This is a time of uncertainty and stress for everyone in the family. Remember to take breaks, get fresh air outside, exercise, eat well, and rest. Find something fun to do as a family and give yourself grace.
