Welcome to ISMS girls pre-athletics where you will learn how to become Lady Eagles!  We pride ourselves on our student athletes and their character and sportsmanship.  Coach Gneiting will be teaching your class so if you have questions, please send them to me at Molly.Gneiting@kellerisd.net. 

You will need athletics clothes when school starts and a combination lock.

You will be assigned a locker in the locker room.  For athletics, we wear navy shorts and gray t-shirts.  we will accept navy or black athletic shorts (bring your own).

During pre-athletics, we will provide basic skills instruction in all of the sports we participate in and some general conditioning workouts.  We will start with volleyball and cross country and move into basketball, following the sport the 7th and 8th graders are playing.  UIL rules state that 6th graders cannot play on the 7th or 8th grade teams.
