WELCOME TO ISMS CROSS COUNTRY!
Cross country practices begin Monday Aug. 22 4:15 meet by playground.
Meet at the back of the school by the basketball courts Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday 7:05am. Practice begins 7:15 sharp and ends at 8:05. EVERYONE IS WELCOME (it is no cut and 7th/8th grade practice together before school). We will practice Mondays after school 4:15-5pm (to get used to the heat and not in the mornings).
First meet is one mile, after that each meet will be 2 miles . Order of events: 5pm 8th grade boys, then 8th girls immediately following the end of that race. Then, 7th boys and 7th girls. We provide uniforms and bus ride to and from the meet.
We practice every day EXCEPT Wednesday once we start having meets. Monday is after school. If you can't make a practice, you can run during athletics or on your own.
