Textbook Request Form

Please note: This form is for students to request textbooks for home use or for reference. Do not complete this form if your teacher has checked out books to your class (unless you were absent on that day). Please know that individual student requests will not be filled until all teacher and class set requests have been fulfilled (approximately week 4 of classes), so availability could be limited.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your textbook request to be completed. Check your KISD email, as you will receive an email notifying you when your textbook is ready for pick up in the Assistant Principal's office. Any student who has an outstanding textbook fine will not be issued a textbook until that previous fine has been paid or the textbook returned.
