TARDIES

• School Starts at 7:55 a.m.
• If your child is not in their classroom at 7:55 a.m. when the bell rings they are considered TARDY for the day.
• If your child has a dental or doctor appointment in the day and they will be arriving late to school make sure you bring a note from the dentist or the doctor. The tardy will be waived.

ATTENDANCE

• Attendance is taken daily at 9:50 a.m.
• If your child is not at school when the attendance bell rings they are considered absent.
• If your child is off campus during attendance taking time at a healthcare appointment please bring a note. Their absence will be waived and your child will be considered present.
• If your child is sick or cannot be at school for personal reasons please call 817-744-5600.

Excessive tardies and absences will result in a warning letter from the assistant principal. If excessive and unexplained tardies and absences continue truancy will then be called.
