Lindsey Rudnick
Principal
Lindsey Rudnick is the Principal of Keller Center for Advanced Learning. Lindsey comes to KCAL with a plethora of CTE and administrative experience! She is beginning her 15th year in education, having served as an aide in Life Skills before starting in Keller ISD as a business and finance teacher at Fossil Ridge High School. While at FRHS, she was a coach, she co-sponsored Business Professionals of America and held the position of CTE Department Head. Lindsey will begin her 5th year in administration at KCAL. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and she has her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University.
Her husband, Kai, serves as a band director in the district and they are fortunate to have two younger kiddos, Adler and Austen Grace. She is a motivator, she is innovative, and she is a true lifelong learner! Lindsey is passionate about CTE and the opportunities CTE brings to students.
Scott Stepter

With his passion and background for STEM, Scott is excited to serve KCAL students and staff. Scott Stepter is the Assistant Principal responsible for the School of Human & Animal Science, School of Public Services, School of Engineering, and Special Education. Scott is starting his 18th year in education, 10th year as an administrator. He was a middle school science/Lead Content Teacher in Fort Worth ISD for 8 years, the K-12 Science Coordinator for Keller ISD for 4 years, and Assistant Principal at Fossil Ridge High School for 5 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from Texas Tech and a Master’s in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University.
Tanya Snook
Assistant Principal
Tanya Snook is the Assistant Principal. She is starting her 28th year in education and has taught everything from special education, to math, to a variety of engineering courses, and also has served in a variety of administrative positions. She is an advisor for TSA and for GEARS, and is a master teacher for Project Lead the Way. She is passionate about STEM education and high school redesign. Her husband, Don, is also an engineering teacher and a child, Hailey, who is currently a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy. She and her husband enjoy canoeing and fishing in their free time with their mini Australian shepherds.
