PALs

PAL stands for Peer Assistance and Leadership.  It is an elective that focuses on leadership through peer mentoring and kindness.  Students in the PALs class are trained on how to be peer mentors by gaining a better understanding of issues their peers may be facing and how they are able to help. 

Kindness is a huge focus of the class.  There is no better way to help than by spreading kindness!  Students are encouraged to engage in random acts of kindness and as a class, we complete kindness projects that are decided upon by the group.
