What to do if my student is absent​

Please call or email your attendance clerk anytime your student is absent. If you know they will be absent for several days, please inform your attendance personnel as such, and you will not have to call each day. Please note email is always preferred. 

When leaving a voicemail message or emailing, please provide:​

• Student's first and last name and student ID#
• Reason for absence​
• Your name, relationship to the student, and phone number where you can be reached.​
